1. Who this policy covers
Jamal Living operates the Control Hub to manage property enquiries, customer and broker relationships, transactions, documents and internal operations. This policy describes information handled through the Hub and connected workflows, including our WhatsApp business communications.
It applies to customers, prospective buyers, brokers, business contacts and authorized staff whose information is processed in these workflows. Third-party websites and services have their own privacy notices.
2. Information we handle
The information involved depends on your relationship with us and the services you use. It may include:
- Contact and enquiry details: your name, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, company, preferred language, property interests and enquiry history.
- Communications: messages, attachments, call or follow-up notes, communication preferences, consent records and message delivery or read status supplied by a connected service.
- Property and transaction records: offers, reservations, agreements, NOCs, signed documents, payment information and supporting identity or business documents where needed for a transaction.
- Broker, staff and operational records: registration details, assigned responsibilities, employment or administrative information, approvals and related documents where relevant to the workflow.
- Account and technical records: sign-in details, roles and permissions, activity and audit records, and technical information needed to operate and protect the service.
Information may come directly from you, from an authorized person acting for you, from our staff, or from connected business systems and communication channels. Please share only information relevant to your enquiry or transaction.
3. How we use information
- Respond to enquiries, identify existing contacts and assign requests to the appropriate team.
- Manage property availability, offers, reservations, agreements, NOCs, payments and associated records.
- Communicate about your enquiry or transaction and send promotional messages where permitted and consistent with your recorded preferences.
- Manage broker relationships, staff access, approvals and internal administration.
- Maintain records, investigate problems, protect accounts and meet applicable business or legal requirements.
Where enabled, document-processing tools can extract information from uploaded files to support these workflows. Extracted information may be checked and corrected by authorized staff.
4. WhatsApp communications
When you contact our connected WhatsApp business number, your number, profile information made available by WhatsApp, messages, attachments and message status events may be received through Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform and stored in the Control Hub. A conversation may be linked to an existing customer, broker or enquiry record, or used to create a relevant record.
Authorized team members use these records to reply, follow up and manage your request. Automated acknowledgements or routing may be used when enabled. WhatsApp and Meta also process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
To stop WhatsApp promotional messages, reply STOP or use the Stop promotions option when offered. You can also contact us below. This preference does not itself delete your records or prevent a response to a new enquiry you initiate. For deletion requests, follow the instructions below.
6. Access and security
The Control Hub uses authenticated accounts, configured permissions and activity records to manage access to business information. Access to connected communication channels and documents is controlled through the Hub’s access settings and related service permissions.
No online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your account credentials private and contact us if you believe an account or record has been accessed without authorization. Do not send passwords or one-time verification codes in messages or privacy requests.
7. Cookies and retention
The Hub uses session cookies and browser storage to support sign-in, security, preferences and application operation. Restricting this storage may affect sign-in or other functions. This public privacy page does not require a Control Hub account.
Retention depends on the type of record, the purpose for which it was collected and applicable obligations. Enquiry, communication, transaction, document and audit records may have different retention needs. Records may need to be kept to complete a transaction, resolve a dispute or meet legal or recordkeeping requirements.
Contact us to ask about a particular record or request deletion. Removing a chat from your device or closing your Hub account does not automatically remove associated business records from our systems.
8. Your choices and data deletion
You can contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of information held about you, or to discuss communication preferences and any other rights available under applicable law.
To request deletion of Control Hub or WhatsApp data: email info@jamalliving.com with the subject “Control Hub data deletion request”. Tell us which records or service your request concerns and provide the email address or WhatsApp number associated with your interaction. For WhatsApp numbers, include the country code.
We may need to verify your identity or authority before acting. Do not attach identity documents, passwords or verification codes to your initial request; we will advise if further verification is needed.
We will review the request and explain the outcome, including any records that must be retained for transaction, legal, security or recordkeeping reasons. A request to stop promotional messages can be handled separately from a request to delete records.
